Without your dedication and perseverance this sale would have never happened, simply put you have been an outstanding Realtor. After three months of an extremely stressful experience you managed to keep your eye on the ball while charging ahead, business as usual and yet working behind the scenes picking-up person after person's in competencies in a professionally, persistent and positive manner. When everyone else was ready to quit you stood the course and in the end made the difference. It is easy for a Realtor to shine in a good market but not as easy in terrible economic crisis and very emotional times. You managed to take the emotional hits week after week and neutralize them away. You always stepped up to help, and your network of professionals were always as ready to assist.
