iReport (http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-662657)— It’s been less than 24 hours and the Asbury Park beachfront is, well, gone. As you can see in this video massive 15 foot waved plunge the boardwalk. At this point there is no one down in this area except police personal and news stations.
My thoughts are with everyone who is experiencing the effects of Irene. Asbury Park will be back better than ever and the best way to support those in need during this time is to support the local businesses who will be losing the last weeks of summer.
